Christine Flores, CBA: President and Governor. Christine is dedicated to providing our association with the leadership we need.
Sally Mendez Arevalo chairs our Education Committee. She has also served as President of SFLPA and Chair of the Career Promotion/ Scholarship Program for LSI. In addition, she has been active in the Mission Girls Service program, dedicated to empowering young women in San Francisco’s Mission District. With 12 years’ experience as a legal secretary, Sally is a senior secretary/trainer for Altshuler Berzon, a public interest law firm.

Yvonne Waldron-Robinson, CCLS, Parliamentarian, Professional Liaison and Treasurer. Yvonne has over 30 years experience as a legal secretary. She is Past President of San Francisco LPA, past president of Legal Secretaries, Incorporated and currently serves as a public member of the State Bar of California Law Practice Management & Technology Section Executive Committee.
Margaret Landsborough, Liaison, Bay Area Legal Secretaries Forum (www.balsf.org) and Day in Court. Margaret has over twenty-five years experience as a legal secretary involved with complex civil litigation matters in the federal and state courts, including trials and appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Supreme Court of California, and Supreme Court of the United States. She works at the law firm Jones Day.
She a member of the Bay Area Legal Secretaries Forum ("BALSF"), which was organized in 1966 by legal secretaries from nine Bay Area counties in order to provide quality, continuing education for the legal community. ach year, BALSF holds three quarterly workshops which take place in July, October, and January and one multi-workshop seminar in the spring. She is chairman of the workshops presented on behalf of +SFLPA. Information about upcoming workshops can be obtained at www.balsf.org.
Lynn Gifford: Educational Subcommittee. Lynn has over twenty-five years' experience as a legal secretary, supporting both litigation and transactional practices. In addition to her legal career, she holds a M.S. Degree in a technical field, and a B.S. in Community Health Education. Her work experience includes acting as a health and safety manager at hazardous waste sites. She is committed to the SFLPA's educational pursuits, and enjoys mentoring administrative support staff.
